Most rural land never shows up on a listing site. The people who want it end up cold-knocking, cold-mailing, or giving up. The people who own it never hear the respectful ask.

Inquire Lands is a map-based mailbox for every parcel. Find the ground on the map, leave an inquiry, and let the owner decide whether to answer — without exposing owner names or contact details on the map.

How we think about it

Owners are free to claim, read every inquiry, and reply. They never pay to hear about their land.

Browsing the map is free. A first inquiry and the owner's first reply are free.

We never take a cut of agreements between users and never hold funds. Landowners never pay — telecom site-acquisition fees are paid only by carriers and tower companies (Telecom).

We are not a real estate broker or agent and are not licensed under Chapter 18.85 RCW.

Where we're live

Expanding across the Pacific Northwest. Detailed land data is live now in Spokane, Stevens, Pend Oreille and Lincoln counties, with more counties being added. Elsewhere in Washington, Idaho, Oregon and Montana you can look up parcels and send inquiries wherever public parcel records are connected.
