Delete your Inquire Lands account

Last updated: October 7, 2026 · Inquire Lands LLC

You can delete your Inquire Lands account and its data at any time, from the app, from the website, or by email. You don't need to give a reason.

Delete it yourself (immediate)

  1. Sign in to the Inquire Lands app on iOS or Android, or to inquirelands.com/app.
  2. Open Settings (your account icon), then Account.
  3. Tap Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete account again.

Your account is deleted right away and you're signed out. If you have a Pro subscription, it's cancelled first so you aren't charged again. If we can't cancel it, nothing is deleted and you'll see a message asking you to try again or contact us.

Or ask us by email

Email clayton@inquirelands.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm the request came from you and delete the account within 7 days, then reply to let you know it's done. Please don't send passwords or ID documents by email.

What is kept, and for how long

DataWhy and how long
Copies of your claim attestations and disclaimer acknowledgmentsKept in a separate deletion log, with a one-way hash of your email instead of your email or account, for as long as reasonably necessary for legal protection (for example against false ownership claims). See Section 4 of our Privacy Policy.
Records of ownership-verification decisionsKept as evidentiary records for the same reason; the documents themselves are deleted.
Day-pass bookings and reports you filedKept for the other party's records and for safety, with your account removed from them.
Billing records at StripeKept by Stripe, our payment processor, as the law requires for payments.
Feedback or waitlist forms you sent without signing inNot linked to your account. Email us if you'd like them removed too.
Product analytics events (PostHog) and standard server logsTied to your account ID or IP address, not deleted automatically. Email us and we'll remove the analytics profile for your account.

Public county records (parcel boundaries and assessor data) aren't ours to delete and stay public regardless of your account.
